Things to know when shipping to Nigeria

  • Vehicles that are above Fifteen (15) years from the date of manufacture are banned import. Tractors, buses, trucks & trailer heads are exempt.
  • For importing NEW vehicles, a FORM M is required to be obtained by the consignee in Nigeria prior to shipping.
  • Title of Ownership and registration with no Liens on the Title is required.
  • Bill of Sale or original purchase invoice needs to be provided.
  • Vehicles with right-hand drive are prohibited.
